Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Class Cancellations
Cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time and the place will reopen for another member while 1 credit returns to your pack. Inside 3 hours, the place still reopens, but the session counts and no credit returns.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused class packages. Individual sessions that have been attended are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Package Expiry
Class packages have an expiry date from the date of purchase. Unused sessions cannot be refunded or extended beyond the expiry date, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.
Studio Closures
In the event of studio closure due to unforeseen circumstances, make-up classes or refunds will be provided for any prepaid sessions.
